How to order & payment
Step 1 : " CLICK HERE TO ORDER" on the selected product.
Step 2 : Please fill up the the Order Request and press SUBMIT.
Step 3 : An email will be sent to confirm your order with an Order ID.
Step 4 : Once payment is made, please send a notification email to purplepeanutz@hotmail.com with the template below:

Payment is considered received ONLY when notification is received. Orders will deem cancel if payment is not made within 48 hours.
Step 5 : In stock items will be sent out within 3 days upon payment received to all major cities in Peninsular Malaysia. (With the exception of Sundays, Saturdays and public holidays).
Online Banking , ATM Transfer / Bank Deposit
- Customers can opt for fund transfer through their chosen bank's website.
- All payments are to be made within the next 48 hours to the Maybank or Hong Leong Bank accounts below :

Delivery
Daily orders cut off time will be at 1pm. Orders made after 1pm will be considered next
working day's order. Deliveries are only made on working days from Monday till Friday (with exception of public holidays). Courier delivery for in stock items generally takes 1 - 3 days.
Customers are to bear all courier service cost. (Please refer to Shipping Charges)
Shipping Charges
Peninsular Malaysia:
* RM 8 (based on single product order < 2kg)
East Malaysia:
* RM 23 (based on single product order < 2kg)
Delivery for pre-sale items will take 4 - 8 weeks.
* International postage charges and delivery time frame will be advise accordingly basing
on the destination. For exact shipping rate, please email purplepeanutz@hotmail.com along
with your (i) delivery address (ii) potential ordered items .
Returns
- Check parcel before sign to receive, do not receive if parcel's packing is broken.
- Please check quantity of order item is correct.
Exchange Policy
- All exchange item should have original packing, accessories, and reason of exchange.
- No exchange of colour or design that you find unsuitable after you have ordered. Exchanges ONLY cover manufacturing defect.
- Please contact us within 2 days for any defective products received.
Terms and Conditions that are not under the Exchange Policy:
- Misuse or mishandling of product
- Dirt cause by food and drinks
- Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories
- Tag was removed and product used
- Exceeded the 2 days period for exchange
All goods sold are not refundable.
